The wait is nearly over!
You may remember, way back in September, that The Four Little Seymours went off to take part in a television programme. Grandma E orchestrated the whole thing, and needless to say, the process was eventful. You can remind yourself here… https://wp.me/p6KOWT-l5
Well, I am happy (and slightly nervous) to report that The Repair Shop, featuring The Four Little Seymours, Grandma E, me and an old pinball machine will be aired on BBC One, no less, at 4.30 pm on April 8th.
I don’t expect our fame will exceed five minutes, and will probably be underwhelming. I just hope I don’t use The F Word (like I did in a recent Parents’ Evening appointment – I am currently experiencing what I call a Stress-Induced Non-Deliberate Obscenity Glut) on screen. I do distinctly remember there were some fisticuffs at the time of filming, though…
Oh, I do hope the editors are kind.
